Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Junior Scrum Master to join our team in Reston, VA and Germantown, MD to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

In this role you will be part of a dynamic group supporting the customer. You must be able to be work well alone with direction as well as part of a team. You will wear multiple hats and responsibilities include learning business processes, enforce and follow the business processes, and make recommendations for changes. You will document the processes and support business requirements analysis. You will also support research, writing, and editing business and technical material. You will ensure that tools such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint are used in day to day tasks.



• Bachelor's and 4 years of experience or equivalent
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to work well in a dynamic environment
• Be able to learn and grasp new concepts quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently
• General knowledge of IT and IT systems
• Must be willing to get involved from administrative tasks to financial and engineering support
• Must have good logic skills

Must be a US Citizen
Must pass DOE Clearance
