Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Cybersecurity Lead Architect to join our team in Washington DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

The Cybersecurity Lead Architect will assist the government to create a modern and integrated enterprise security architecture which incorporates a thorough monitoring and incident response strategy.

In this role you will:
• Use an understanding of cloud and on premise environments to build an architecture integrating multiple environments and across multiple classified enclaves.
• Research and benchmark security infrastructure technologies as it relates to the organization. Identify and recommend mitigation actions for security risks as they relate to enterprise projects.
• Produce management reporting, including appropriate metrics that inform the government about information risk.
• Provide information security subject matter expertise to technology teams and projects.
• Evaluate and recommend security software/hardware and its integration into existing architecture.

Requirements

• MS and at least 10 years of experience in technical roles in Information Assurance or cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience leading security design and architecture reviews of large applications, systems, and networks,
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in at least one of the following (1) Windows and Active Directory, (2) networking/routing/switching and/or applications based on .NET, C or C#
• Demonstrated experience navigating businesses / organizations through complex risk decisions.
• Demonstrated experience with securing large and complex environments, such as data centers or other industrial spaces.
