Job Description

Oversees all aspects of the contractor’s support of all tasks within this PWS, including planning, organizing, staffing, directing, integrating, and controlling activities necessary for all tasks to meet schedule, and performance requirements. Manages all day-to-day operations including administrative functions, assessing risks, identifying assumptions, and resolving interpersonal conflicts. Responsible for the duties, tasks, and activities required to make the program/project successful. Actively participates in the management decision-making process.


Minimum Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in IT/logistics project or program management, specifically EDI/XML experience;
supervisory experience.
• Must have experience in DoD logistics functions (e.g., finance, supply, contract administration,
transportation, project management).
• Must have experience using MS Project.
• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check
and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.

Experience managing Service Desk operations involving Tier 1 contact/call support, Tier 2 incident resolution and problem management for end user computing devices and peripherals.  Scope of support includes GFE HW, applicable COTS SW, VDI environments, VPN connectivity.  Serivces will inlcude Tier 0 self help (i.e. virtual agent, live chat, etc.)  providing incident and problem resolution for desktop, laptop, user peripherals (printers, fax, phones).  Personnel may be non co-located across wide geographically dispersed region. Versed in maintaining IT equipment inventory data to pass audit for all assigned GFE/GFP.  May include HW mainenance/replacement, SW delivery, local network troubleshooting of cabling and connectivity.
